Such awards described as ’National Property Management Model Residential Block Prize’ and ’National Property Management Model Building Price’ were awarded by the Ministry of Construction. ’Shanghai Excellent Housing Gold Prize’ was awarded by Shanghai Real Estate Bureau. We were also presented with similiar awards like ’Quiet Residential Area’, ’Shanghai Park Style Residential Area’, ’Green Community’ and other honourable prizes.

 

    Xuhui Garden is honoured to be selected as ’Designated Reception Property for Shanghai Expo’ at this year’s Shanghai World Expo of 2010. Having qualified for its advanced facilities, fine services and an internationalized atmosphere, we will be taking up a huge task of welcoming exhibition staff and other important guests, making significant contribution to the Shanghai World Expo.
